Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your order in 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods our picking and packing time may be 3-4 days. Please allow picking and packing time plus the time taken for your chosen delivery method before progressing your order.  

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT/Tax Charges

UK VAT is applicable as follows at the standard rate of rate, being 20%

VAT will be charged on all deliveries within the UK.

VAT will be charged on deliveries within the EU, unless ordering as a *registered EU businesses and if a valid VAT number is provided. *Please note, an application form must be submitted in advance of a first order,  to enable VAT verification.  Link to application form as follows: http://www.pro-bolt.com/enquiries

VAT will not be charged to customers outside of the EU. 

Returns Policy

Firstly please call 00 44 (0)1684 851940 for a returns reference within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a returns form which can be downloaded below. No goods will be accepted without a returns reference and form.

Correctly Supplied Goods

Kits may be returned if complete, in a re-saleable condition and have not been fitted.  A refund, credit or exchange will be issued as requested.  Please contact Pro-Bolt in advance in order to obtain a returns reference.  Please note your returns reference on your returns form and enclose with the goods.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods

A full refund or exchange is offered for goods that are incorrectly supplied or faulty. This applies if Pro-Bolt have supplied goods that do not fit or have provided incorrect product fitment information.

Inside the UK & Northern Ireland
Please use our Freepost Address

Outside the UK & Northern Ireland
Please use our Standard Returns Address & standards postal service and Pro-Bolt will refund your carriage costs.

Please note that should the incorrect address be used Pro-Bolt reserve the right the charge Freepost carriage costs.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Shortages

Please advise Pro-Bolt of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Pro-Bolt does not accept any responsibility for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of goods whether allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied.
