Made from aircraft grade titanium 6AL-4V (grade 5), the outstanding benefits are that we roll the threads to produce greater fatigue strength and reduce galling. These bolts are in excess of 120,000psi ultimate tensile strength, suitable to replace both Grade 5 and Grade 8 steel bolts. We offer Race Spec drilled Flanged Hex Head Bolts, Flanged Hex Head, Tapered Socket Cap, Countersunk Bolts, Dome Head Bolts, Nuts and Washers – from 3mm to 12mm.

I needed a new caliper Pad Pin as the OEM pin was dented by the brake pad's on a 5yr old bike but I was hesitant on the Length and diameter of the pro-bolt pin. After some thought I placed the order I measured the original as 65mm (overall length) but the new titanium was advertised as 52mm but upon installation the two pins were near enough the same in length.i fitted this to a Yamaha FZ1 Fazer 2011 rear brake.I got the titanium over the Stainless steel for weather purposes i.e: salt, rain it looks good on the caliper.
