As well as supplying fasteners to individual riders we supply race teams in MotoGP™, Moto2™ & Moto3™. Outside the paddocks Pro-Bolt fasteners are used on racing yachts, Forumla1 cars and drones and also by specialist car manufacturers, the aerospace and sub-marine sectors.     The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:

    • To process any orders that you make by using our websites, or over the telephone. If we don’t collect your personal data during checkout, we won’t be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations.

    By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.

    Consent is required for Pro-Bolt Ltd to process both personal data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.

    Pro-Bolt Ltd will not pass on your personal data to third parties.

    Pro-Bolt Ltd will process personal data for and keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

    All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved (as stated in 6 above) in the processing of your personal data.

    1. Personal data.

      This privacy notice tells you how we, Pro-Bolt Ltd, will collect and use your personal data.

    3. Why does Pro-Bolt Ltd need to collect and store personal data?

      In order for us to provide you with a service we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes and/or detailed service provision.
