Pro-Bolt Titanium Engine Kit

Our Titanium Engine Kits include all the bolts required to replace the fasteners in the side engine casings, covering (where applicable): clutch covers, water pump housing, alternator cover, and sprocket covers. Extremely strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion – the ultimate upgrade.

  • Lightweight Titanium – As strong as steel at nearly half the weight.

  • Tapered Socket Cap – features a gently tapered head, providing a sleek, streamlined appearance while offering practical benefits in tight or limited-access areas.

  • Rolled Thread Design – Provides enhanced strength and a smoother finish, reducing wear and improving performance.

  • DLC Black Titanium Coating – A Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating provides extreme hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and enhanced anti-galling properties – prolonging fastener life and reducing overall system costs.

  • Anodised Finishes Available – Blue, Gold, and Purple Haze options allow for bespoke design integration. (Please note: Titanium anodised finishes differ from our Aluminium range).
