Pro-Bolt Titanium Engine Kit
Our Titanium Engine Kits include all the bolts required to replace the fasteners in the side engine casings, covering (where applicable): clutch covers, water pump housing, alternator cover, and sprocket covers. Extremely strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion – the ultimate upgrade.

- Lightweight Titanium – As strong as steel at nearly half the weight.
- Flanged Hex & Tapered Socket Cap Head – This kit includes two head styles: a flanged hex head for even load distribution, enhanced performance, and a premium aesthetic, and a tapered socket cap head for a sleek, streamlined appearance with benefits in tight-access areas.
- Pre-Drilled for Lockwire – Designed with safety in mind, ensuring reliability in safety-critical environments.
- Rolled Thread Design – Provides enhanced strength and a smoother finish, reducing wear and improving performance.
- DLC Black Titanium Coating – A Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating provides extreme hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and enhanced anti-galling properties – prolonging fastener life and reducing overall system costs.
- Anodised Finishes Available – Blue, Gold, and Purple Haze options allow for bespoke design integration. (Please note: Titanium anodised finishes differ from our Aluminium range).
