Titanium Rider Footrest Hanger Bolt Kit Race Spec These are the Bolts that secure the hangers to the frame. Manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium which offers fantastic corrosion resistance and durability. They are machined with rolled threads to give extra strength and polished to a mirror finish, or availiable anodised in Blue, Gold or Purple Haze. The perfect upgrade. Sold here in our ever popular race spec design, which benefit from a reduced socket size that has been drilled to 1.6mm on each flat for ease of lock wiring and the inside of the hex is dished for additional weight saving with no compromise in strength. For those who truly value attention to detail. Titanium is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC). This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Titanium is not identical to our Black Aluminium.
